My visit was fantastic as the staff were incredibly welcoming, making me feel valued during my stay, and I loved that I was just a few steps away from excellent dining options like Ruby Tuesday and the lovely Lake Rhea, perfect for a refreshing walk. while the room was comfortable and clean, the elevator didn't work during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

I thoroughly enjoyed the inviting lobby with its modern decor that was both comfortable and accessible. The hotel layout was easy to navigate, making it convenient for us seniors to move around without difficulty.

The bed felt comfortable, but the noise from outside was quite noticeable. Breakfast was decent. Katrina kept everything stocked and fresh, which was great. However, I noticed the options were limited. The pancake machine was broken, which was disappointing. Parking was easy and free, but the lobby was uncomfortably cold at times. A little heat in the evenings would help. Overall, a decent stay but could improve on breakfast variety and sound insulation.

During our stay, the breakfast experience was something else. The lady in charge, she was so cheerful and knew just what I liked, even got me flavored creamer without me asking, it was like she could read my mind!

The hotel had a clean, spacious room and friendly staff, especially Katrina in the breakfast area, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. However, the breakfast options could use improvement, and there were issues with the room's heating and a slow shower drain.

The room was nice and clean, and the beds were super comfy. I really appreciated having a Keurig instead of the usual coffee maker. There was good lighting and the temperature options were great. One small issue was the gap at the bottom of the door, but overall, it was pretty quiet. I had a nice view of my car from the window too.
